Products and Sales

2.1 Product Descriptions: We make our best efforts to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including hand-painted 3D printed sculptures, T-shirts, stickers, mugs, and jigsaw puzzles. However, please note that minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and customized items.

2.2 Custom Painted Items: All custom-painted items are made to order. The processing time for each individual custom item is 7 to 10 business days. This processing time includes the creation and painting of the custom item. Please note that the initial 7 to 10 business days does not include shipping time for the shipping method purchased. The shipping timeframe begins after the completion of the custom item.

2.3 No Return and No Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom-painted and created items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products. All sales of custom items are final. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order. However, at our sole discretion, we may be able to assist with non-custom orders if an issue arises with your purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns or inquiries you may have.

2.4 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with our artwork, designs, logos, and other creations remain the sole property of www.stephenjung.com. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using our intellectual property for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from www.stephenjung.com.
